"Service from the night reception was excellent. The room was a bit warm and he found a standing fan for us. He also recommended nearby restaurants and was generally very helpful. The room was a bit dated but that was to be expected for an old hotel. The bathroom looked newly renovated and the water was hot. The hotel breakfast was excellent with a fresh orange juice machine, omelette station chef was fabulous with his presentation and there was fresh honeycomb. "

"This is a sprawling complex that is tucked away from the main part of Garmisch-Partenkirchen but still accessible via car, taxi, bus, or even just a nice walk. We had a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony. This was plenty of room two parents and two adult children (though they did have to sleep in bunk beds which was throwback to childhood memories). I also enjoyed the free taijiquan class in the adjacent training facility. We plan to stay again."

The room is beautifully designed with plenty of space for your things and it is very well lit. "Beautiful, scenic area and we couldn’t be happier with the Arabella! Our room was good sized and clean and we received a lovely welcome gift upon arrival. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We also loved the breakfast and restaurant options! Great food and lots of choices. I do wish there were more options of red wines by the glass though.
